We want you to feel heard, seen, and supported. With both personal and clinical experience of fussy eating and sensory-based feeding challenges, we're here to empower and educate you. Our aim is to help you understand the why behind your child’s eating behaviours — especially how their sensory system may be playing a role — and to equip you with practical, actionable strategies you can use at home. Through this course, we’ll help you reduce mealtime stress, increase the variety of foods your child eats, and build positive, lasting relationships with food. Most importantly, you’ll gain the support of a like-minded community who truly understand your journey.

Toddler
  • Our Programme is play based so is suited best to children between the ages of 3 and 10

  • If you're looking for a quick and simple solution, this is not for you. The journey of helping your child overcome sensory eating challenges takes time, patience and persistence. We focus on meeting your child where he/she is and working at their pace. Consistency is key.

  • If your child has a complex eating disorder such as anorexia, bulimia or body dysmorphia or you suspect AFRID. These children need very specific assessment and support.
