Tummy Time Play Sessions

3 week block suitable for babies from birth- pre-crawling

Classes facilitated by Grace- an occupational therapist, tummy time practitioner and mummy of 2!

Each week will be themed. we will enjoy various themed play activities each week with baby as well as learning all about the benefits of tummy time and how you can make it part of your daily routine at home. Expect songs, dancing, sensory play and more!

Sessions will be relaxed and child led. This is a safe and non judgemental space for you and your baby to spend quality time together!

Class will take place on Tuesdays 11th, 18th and 25th June from 11.30 in greenhouse wellbeing hub Dungannon Enterprise Centre
