Tummy Time Play Sessions

3 week block suitable for babies from birth- pre-crawling

Classes facilitated by Grace- an occupational therapist, tummy time practitioner and mummy of 2!

Each week will be themed. we will enjoy various themed play activities each week with baby as well as learning all about the benefits of tummy time and how you can make it part of your daily routine at home.

Sessions will be relaxed and child led. This is a safe and non judgemental space for you and your baby to spend quality time together!

we will have lots of sensory play activities, songs and games!

Lovely resource pack also provided!

Class will take place on fridays 12th, 19th and 26th January from 10.00- 11.00 greenhouse wellbeing hub Dungannon Enterprise Centre
