We all fidget, wether it us clicking the end of a pen, twirling our hair or bouncing our knee up and down. Fidgetting is our body's way of using up excess energy! Fidget toys are a great way to redirect all of that energy and help your child to concentrate and stay focused. Furthermore they have been shown to reduce anxiety and stress, enhance learning and active listening, improve fine motor skills and dexterity and improve hand eye co-ordination.
